Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room, though well-designed and comfortable, was unfortunately next to the noisy elevator and had a noticeable smell. On the bright side, the service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making up for some of the room issues. The location was pretty convenient, being close to both the station and nearby attractions. Dining options were decent, especially for Japanese food enthusiasts. The facilities overall were okay, but could use some improvements.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was quite small for our luggage and had an unpleasant smell, it did come equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location was convenient, especially for visiting Himeji Castle, and the close proximity to the railway station was a bonus.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the magnificent Himeji Castle. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, though a bit cozy for two people sharing a 120cm bed. The service was outstanding; the staff made me feel like family, even helping with my luggage outside of check-in hours. The dining experience offered a good variety, though slightly on the pricey side. Overall, great value for the convenience and hospitality received.
My stay at the hotel was quite delightful overall. The rooms were nice and roomy, and the Japanese style buffet breakfast was a real treat. However, the room size was a bit small, making it a tad challenging to do laundry.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, while small, were comfortable, and the breakfast, although more geared towards Japanese guests, was of high quality and variety. The location was convenient, especially for visiting Himeji Castle, but the room size was a bit restrictive.
The hotel offers a good view of the JR train station, and although the rooms are a bit smaller than expected, they are very clean. The service is friendly, but there is limited English understanding. The location is superb with a castle view, close to Himeji Castle and various dining options. The dining experience is absolutely fantastic in quality and selection, providing great value for money. The facilities are well-maintained.
I couldn't believe how small the room was, only enough space to stand, and smaller than even the average room size in Tokyo. Despite its size, it had everything I needed, including breakfast.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was small but comfortable, and the breakfast, although mostly catering to Japanese guests, was very good in terms of quality and variety. The location was perfect for visiting the castle before the crowds, and the service was very welcoming and polite.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with a good view of the JR train station from my room. The rooms, though small, were adequate and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with a printed guide and map upon arrival. The location was very convenient, situated in the city center and close to Himeji Castle. The dining experience was good, catering well to Western guests, although a bit more explanation could benefit foreign guests like myself.
I found the hotel to have a great location, just steps away from Himeji Station and very close to the impressive Himeji Castle. The service was friendly and helpful, although the room design could use improvement. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a complete and tasty breakfast.
